Kindly get an x-ray done of the wisdom tooth to see the exact positioning and space required for the tooth to fully erupt and then you can get the flap on it removed. Till then you may do warm saline rinses but it will give you temporarily relief. Visit your dentist and get the required medication and treatment done. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.
