I am 17 years old, and I am suffering from sleep paralysis. I feel like a dead man, can not do anything, can not call anyone and can not even move to break it. And the most important thing is that during sleep paralysis, I feel like someone is holding my leg and rotating with full speed and then I feel like falling from great height and air directly strike my face. After so many adventure, I come back to reality. I even experienced 2 times sleep paralysis within 5 minutes.
