I am 18, using demelan cream on my face for how many days should I use it? And which sunscreen should I use? Is it safe to use demelan and does it have any side effects on leaving? Also suggest me I way to remove suntan from my face and hands! my hands is 2-3 shades darker than my thighs!

There is no gaurantee of results. Also generally it is seen as soon as you stop using, problem returns. You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight. Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun.
