My friend is very upset with her tummy skin as it has become very saggy after her delivery. Even after 2.5 years of delivery all the extra weight is gone but tummy is still very saggy. What should she do? Will swimming help?

Hello lybrate-user. It is because of the laxity of the anterior abdominal wall muscles. And to improve it they require stenous exercise. Like sit ups and other. Only medicine will not help. You can consult me at Lybrate for further guidance and treatment.
