I am having myopia since I was 7 year old and then it was around -4.00 d cylindrical power. Now I am 19 and current power is re -5.00 -4.5 180 le -6.50 -4.5 165 my power is fairly stable since past two years. And I have also taken a corneal topography test as suggested by my doctor. What are the corrective surgical options available? And how do I know if it's astigmatism or keratoconus and treatment available for both of them. Ps: I don't want to use corrective lenses or glasses.

You can do lasik surgery and avoid glasses while correcting your vision. You can do a corneal topography in eye hospital and see if you have keratoconus. Corneal topography is a computer assisted diagnostic tool that creates a three-dimensional map of the surface curvature of the cornea. An eye with normal vision has an evenly rounded cornea, but if the cornea is too flat, too steep, or unevenly curved, less than perfect vision results.
