I think I have adult adhd. I tend to procrastinate a great deal, and loose concentration. I start many things but can't keep up. I loose interest within a few days after starting something. I've also become really unorganised. Sometimes my room gets really messy, yet I don't even seem to notice. Also, I used to be a topper in class but now I don't even feel like studying. Can this be adhd? Of yes, what can I do about it? Thank you!
