I have had my cbc test done and have got my report. My vitamin d is 14.97 ng/ml, serum ige is 689.3 iu/ml and my platelet count is 196 but my platelet distribution width is 22.2 and mean platelet volume is 14.2. I want to know whether the platelets are dangerous or and my rbc and wbc are normal!

Counts of platelets are normal and never mind the distribution of platelets. Distribution of low on blood slides ,does indicate low count of platelets in diseases like dengue you keep liver healthy by eating well and avoiding poisoning through heavy foods like fats, heavy carbs and protein lots of water and fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits.
