When I last checked my eyesight was 6*6 with 0.25 no specs. But when I go out in the evening sometimes I spot a black dots floating in the air in front of my eyes. I have no difficulty reading or watching tv. Can you tell me what these black dots are or need to be treated? I am 38 years old female.

These dots are called floaters but to know whether they are harmless or not would need a proper retina checkup.
