I am 41.5, unmarried, female with normal life, veg routine. I am being treated for vit d, my gp said I had anxiety prob also since I had 122beat rate 2 months back. I used to take ciplar la 20 a day for 2 months to treat anxiety and rate. Now I quit since 3 weeks. Is it mandatory to continue with this medicine? Is there any side affect in long run even if we use or not ciplar la 20? Also I am taking supracal pro tab and vit d cap since 3 month. Now a days I feel nausea and gastric prob like, I am worried?
