This is a doubt, that my penis is 1 and half to 2 inches before erection. After erection the penis size is around 4.5 to 5 inches. Is this a problem of small size during normal condition. And also during erection while moving the foreskin back it causes irritation and pain. If the penis head is out from foreskin it is very sensitive can't even touch with bare hands. Please let me know these are normal phenomenon.
