H pylori infection is not something very urgent. Its better to delay taking these medications till 12 weeks as data regarding safety of these drugs in first trimester especially clavulanic acid in lacking. Need to keep a ckeck of your bp. Its on the higher side especially the diastolic. You drink plenty of water, take frequent small meals and need to add antacid.
