I have been suffering from intermittent chest pain to the right side of my chest since few days. Did full body checkup and results were high cholesterol. This is highly a case of genetics, as my siblings also have cases of high cholesterol. My regular diet does not have any high cholesterol food consumption. I am a vegetarian by diet. Please consult what I should about my hugh cholesterol and could it be the reason for chest pain?

The chest need to be checked by doing an angiogram and if there is no blocks, you can relax and need drugs like atorvastatin to reduce cholesterol.
