I'm not able to concentrate on things. Always some random thoughts comes to my mind. If a box or something placed in my study table, I can't concentrate on my book. I will have a thought that the box will disturbing me. Why i'm looking at the book not that object. This type of thoughts are annoying me very much. Why i'm having this mental condition?
