I had unprotected sex with my wife before 20 days after 4 hour she take an unwanted 72 after 10 days she spotting up-to 10 brownish colour she take pause 500 for stop this spotting by after one day she blood like a period blood clot also i'd that period or side effect of pause tablet she take also pregnancy test today it was negative then now any chance of pregnancy or not also tell me that was period or not?

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill like unwanted 72 one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts. From what you have described no chance of pregnancy. If in doubt can get blood test done serum hcg-beta.
