Hi, A doctor suggest me allegra 180 mg for nasal infection later I free from allergic, now after 1 years symptoms starts so I think I should use the allegra 180 and a nasal spray for these allergy.

Dear lybrateuser, -Yes, you can use Tablet Allegra, once a day but avoid the nasal spray as it can weaken the nasal mucosa & lead to infection instead do steam inhalation twice a day.
