Can a simple urine culture detect gonorrhoea and chlamydia? Done urine culture twice and semen culture once and no bacteria found in urine and semen. Performed chlamydia igg test after 3 months and the result is non-reactive. Does this ensures no chlamydia and gonorrhoea infection?

Hello- if the tests are performed without taking any kind of antibiotics then yes the results are conclusive. You do not have the infection.
