I did mrcp. Gall bladder-physiologically distended with phrygian cap morphology at the fundic region showing mild asymmetric wall thickening (wall thickness -3-4 mm. Rest of the gall bladder shows normal wall thickness. Irregular margined filling defect-calculus measuring 8?7?6 mm noted in the lumen at body. Few tiny hypointense foci noted at the region of neck of gall bladder. No evidence of any focal pericholecystic fat stranding or collection or mass lesion or inflammatory changes.
