I have some fleshy(gum) like small structures on upper jaw at the ends of last molars feeling from last 10 years.Without pain.What can it be ?

Hi! this must just be a portion of ur gum covering the wisdom teeth.U can get it removed by the dentist so that u can keep ur last teeth clean as well, bcoz the food n plaque accumulates in such areas as it cant be cleaned well bcoz of the flap of gum.Its a simple procedure to remove it so just get it removed.

Hi, You shouldn't ignore this swelling.Bust be a normal hard harmless bony protuberance or it be something you should not avoid. Go for full mouth x-ray and then further investigations.

That is excess gum growth. It is usually removed.
