Hi doctor, I want to know that my sperm quantity is very less like its about 12 to 15 drops but earlier I had sexual relationship with my girlfriend at that time everything was normal. I mean the sperm quantity was more than enough and it was released with pressure but now its not. Please guide me what can b done at this moment.
