I am 21 years old boy. I can't sleep well. I stay awake till 5 am and sleep till 1 or 2 pm. I wanna change it, please help.

You may be having anxiety and stress.Avoid anxiety and stress.Go for regular exercise.Take light dinner. If possible go for a walk after dinner. Avoid late night sleeping. Don't take tea or coffee after dinner. Practice yoga and meditation. If no relief consult doctor
