My right side nose bone upper part is swollen a little, had pain initially that is when I realised it's been swollen but as of now no pain .i don't have any other issue like sinus cold or any other symptoms .just that it's swollen and when we look closer can make out. My nose is hump shaped from birth. I don't think it's polyps becoz inside nose I don't have find any lupm or uneasiness in breathing. It's near nasal bone. Bone is swollen not the flesh or skin with no pain.
