I like to seek your help that I have gap between the Teeth both Upper and Lower where food particle fill in it and gives odor smell. Please suggest me.

Please mention your age. Gaps can be closed by braces/aligners but will take long time. If your case is appropriate, you can go in for ceramic veneers to close the gaps & improve your smile.

Since you have sited gap between upper and lower teeth the most conservative and non invasive treatment is orthodontic.If their is moderate gap it will not take more than 5 months. Incase  concerned about aesthetics  go for  ceramic  r lingual braces.Can think of alingers to  followed by fixed retainer.

I would suggest proper cleaning, maintenance of proper oral hygiene along with use of dental floss on a daily basis, and regular rinsing of mouth with mouth washes and salt water gargles.This would anyway reduce the halitosis, food lodgement between your teeth. For the rest you will have to consult your dentist. I need your age, your clinical details for me to be able to understand why you have those gaps between your teeth.
