I am not able to focus on anything. I lost someone because of it my mind us not stable. Please suggest.

It seems like you are not dealing with that loss well enough. Are you scared, sad, or angry? Meet with a counselor and talk about what is troubling you, and as you deal with it you will find your stability returning. In the meantime exercise regularly, meet people, eat and sleep well.
