You can repeat after every 8 hours in 24 he cycle. Make sure to give 30 min before feeds/ food.

In less he vomits again or has symptoms of nausea you need not repeat adminstration of this drug as it has dyskinesia as a complication.

Sir, you can give them maximum three times a day at 8 hours interval but avoid if there is no vomiting. If vomiting is persistent and baby is not feeding well get him checked.

Normally it is given twice a day. You should repeat same time. 4 am then 4 pm.
