My son is one year 3 months old. He had this ondem drops around 4 oh clock. When can I give second set of drops.

At 3 months ,for vomiting domperidone drops are safer.
You can repeat after every 8 hours in 24 he cycle. Make sure to give 30 min before feeds/ food.
8 hours gap would be sufficient.
In less he vomits again or has symptoms of nausea you need not repeat adminstration of this drug as it has dyskinesia as a complication.
Sir, you can give them maximum three times a day at 8 hours interval but avoid if there is no vomiting. If vomiting is persistent and baby is not feeding well get him checked.
Normally it is given twice a day. You should repeat same time. 4 am then 4 pm.
