Hello, My problem is that when i woke up, tiny white pimples ar acne whatever they are came on my forehead.They are small in size and large in numbers.But after a nice bath they disappear however leaves a burning sensation and red marks.This is happening to me daily.Kindle suggest preventive measures or remedies.
