Hi, I am 27 years old female with no family history of lung cancer and not smoking. I am having the following symptoms: 1) coughing for a month but no blood cough out 2) detected mycoplasma pneumonia 3) chest x-ray result with consolidation on the right upper lung field 4) tested negative for afb direct smear test 5) shoulder pain and back pain 6) unexplained weight loss what is the possible disease that I am having? Could it be lung cancer? Thanks.

Hi.ur symptoms seems to be pneumonia. -if u have doubts or need further evaluation just go for CT chest to rule out any invasion or any other causes.
