Please btaye mujhe kitna roti chawal khana chahiye mera weight 39 hai aur badh bhi nhii raha .i request sir please koi exercise bhi btaiye jisse mera face mere cheeks gol matol ho jaye aur body bhi healthy ho jaye. hii lybrate user According to your age and height your weight is very less so to increase your weight you have to follow proper healthy balance diet only chapati and rice will not help you to increase your weight. you should include all food groups in your diet.
