Hello Dr. I am 27 years Female. I would like to reduce my weight. My Current weight 71kg and height 155 cms. I cant able to go gym due to money problem. Please tell me how to reduce weight in home itself. Any diet and exercises for 30mins which I can spend. My target is to reduce at least 10kg before 2016.

Drink a glass of warm water in early morning. Eat only green vegetables and fruits ; avoid oily food junk food and chapati of wheat flour and potato ; rice and milk. Use jowar roti only to eat. Eat thrice a day. Morning avoid tea and breakfast instead of it take jowar roti with green veg at 8am do lunch at 2 pm and dinner before 8 pm. Don't eat after 9 and sleep before 11 at night. Early morning at 6 am you can walk fast for 20 minutes and it is sufficient.
