Namaste Dr. I am suffering from bph. I am taking alfoo 10 mg at night. But urologist says I have to undergo surgery as the prostate is 43. 8 cc with median lobe of prostate indenting the bladder. Dr. do you think that surgery is unavoidable? If at all, there is no other choice, can I wait for four months for the operation? Till that time can I continue with alfoo capsule daily at night? I am also taking ecosprin av 75 and tab concor cor 2.5 each once daily for cardiac problems. I seek your valuable advice. Thanks dr.
