Doctor prescribe montair lc kid syrup for my 4 year old son for 6 months. He is using since 4 months is there any side effects for this syrup. Someone says its affect immune system and cause diseases frequently, please reply, its help my child.

no montair LC doesn't cause decrease in immunity. it is the medicines that we give for allergy. many time it's needs to be continued for 3 months and sometimes 6 months. this side effects are very minimal. also your doctor will advise you when to taper the medicine and stop it. avoid allergy / find the cause of allergy and avoid it. usually energy decreases with age and you will not need to take the medicine again and again.
