I am 18 years old 10 days back I got severe ankle sprain. Its almost alright but still I am not able to walk normal because of some pain and swelling.

A sprain takes at least 3 to 6 weeks to completely resolve. Please protect your ankle with an ankle binder or a crepe bandage at least 3 weeks. As for the pain and swelling apply ice regularly twice or thrice a day.
