Hi sir actually I faced swelling on my penis two months ago then next day I used ice in cotton on penis and then swelling gone and sexual excitement I can't feel then I go for a treatment near around like hakim shop and he gave me desi medicine like ashwagandha swarn bhasam etc. I took it then I felt pain in my right side testes then I suggested to surgeon and he said sexual erectile dysfunction and he gave me medicine I took it I felt good but a light pain in my right testes goes on sometimes I felt that pain. After one month again swelling on my penis but on that day swelling had gone I took medicine loxofov but I felt light pain in my right testes and sexual desire not like that just I had before so please suggest me what should I do.
