I am 23 years female. Yesterday I took a hsg test. In that report they said like that I have right distal tubal block. My doctor said like that I am going for a laparoscopy that was the only option. Is there any natural way to get pregnant. My left side tube is normal.

If either of the fallopian tubes is functioning normally, there is no reason why a woman cannot conceive normally. ... In such cases, the chances of getting pregnant would be as ripe as in the case of a woman with two healthy fallopian tubes. Normally, the egg is produced into the tube that's closer to the ovary.
