I can not sleep from last 8 days. I tried a lot to sleep but I couldn't sleep. Every night my eyes are open and i am awake like an owl till 5; 30 am. At 5: 30 am I fall asleep. I want to sleep at night not during 5: 30 am to 11; 00am. Please suggest me something.

Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed.

At 15 you must be having anxiety of schools friends etc. you know better,everyone has growing up issues,some laugh it off ,others get worried over tiny little things. DO Not take Sleeping Pills. Take warm milk with honey/ curd with banana at bedtime. Do Not Watch Silly Serials, Read some good books or listen to soothing music. Sleep at a place where there is no disturbance like a mobile phone or gossipy aunties.
