yeah our body needs rest so sleep is a must part of our routine-you will have restlessness,dark circles,loss of appetite,constipation,n so many other health issues if you are not giving rest to your body.You can be active in your work only when your body n brain has taken proper rest and are refreshed by sleep,You will do your work more efficiently when you have given your body n mind a proper break.
