I know I overeat at meals, but I can't help it. If I limit my portions, I am hungry an hour later. How can I avoid overeating and have better control of my appetite? (i am 5'6" and weigh more than 220 pounds.)

Hi it seems like you have a high basal metabolic rate. If you are able to keep your portions to minimum then it's ok to have small meals every 2 hours. A small meal can be one apple or one slice of bread. Introduce some kind of activity in your schedule like a daily walk or a jog. That will help compensate your urge to eat often. Basically a little bit of lifestyle modification can help. Avoid having large and fatty meals beyond 8pm in the evening.
