I have enlargement prostate 141 grms, twice reaction of urine I was put on foly urine bag latter removed urologist advise for surgery, surgery is not only solution of this other treatment are their, I am taking cap mexflow .0.4 mg at night, a urologist on your site advise me take silodal D 4 mg it is not available in pakistan, tried my best then a urologist advise tab. Urimax this also not available, please I need advise about which food is best from prostate, advise me I am 67 years old and god is their to give shafa doctors can advise and do surgery safa is in hand of god.
