Hello! Doctor am 27 years old, we r trying to conceive from 1 year, semen is normal my periods are regular for the first month I had taken progynova-2 mg for 14 days and clomifene citrate-50 mg for 5 days, The follicular report shows on 15th day right ovary-msf and left ovary-18*11 mm with ET-8.4 mm without any injection I had ovulated on the 18today bt I was not conceived. I started repeating treatment for second month I had progynova-2 mg for 28 days and clomifene citrate-50 mg and ubidecarenone- 50 mg for 5 days I had again follicular study it shows on 13th day right ovary- 17*16 mm and left ovary 15*12 mm with ET-10 mm and no free fluid in pod on 15th day right ovary- 20*15 mm and left ovary-19*13 mm with ET-14 mm no free fluid in pod and on 17today right ovary- 26*22 mm and left ovary-14*11 mm with echogenicity ruptured with ET-16 mm periovulatory with free fluid on which day the follicle ruptures and after rupturing how many days I should have intercourse. Is there any chances of conceiving pls help me.
