Hi I have two queries about penis 1.i have small very tiny mite dots like bumps on my penis tyson gland and frenulum its in group its very minute and it does not cause me any pain but its been there for about 6 years or so no pain and its on same size and same number I feel worry in removing it 2.i am having white dots iver my shaft its visible only when I squeeze penis it is also not causing me any pain I google and found it as fordyce spots how to remove it.
