I'm 30 years old and got BP at this age. Doctor has told me to take Met XL 50 every day. Will I need to be on medicine life time? how will I know if I have come over of BP problem?

Yes this medicine wll be on more or else lifelong.Unless you control bp through other modes like eating low salt food, yoga and exercise.
