Hello Doctors, Almost 4 months back all of a sudden I got 2 burned kind of bumps around my neck and by the same day evening it started reducing. I thought it is because of body heat. Later the bumps got turned to a patch and from last month it started itching and observed the patch growing. Consulted dermatologists today and he confirmed thats tinea versicolor. My bad he talked to me for just 30 secs and didn't get a chance to know more about the problem I have just one dark pink color patch on my neck and no other area is effected for now. During night times its getting itchy. Can someone please confirm the severity, treatment and is that tinea versicolor Will that be cured.
