Hello Doctor, I am having a dull pain (form last 3 days) comes and goes within a second in my left testicle. I am not sure if it is from testicle or some where inside it. My left testicle always hanged down about 1 cm as compared to right one. I observed no swelling, no blood or uncomfort during urine. But an year ago I had an experience, when I masturbate, I felt dull pain in left testicle and left inner thigh. It went off automatically within a week. I was masturbating 10-12 times in a week. Seeing that pain I reduced masturbation to 2-3 times a week. But suddenly 3 days ago I started feeling pain in my left testicle but not in thigh. Pain comes and go within a second, doesn't matter if I am sitting, laying, standing, walking. Please tell me the actual symptoms to diagnose it.

In some instances, pain in the testicle can be caused by a severe medical condition known as testicular torsion. In this condition, the testicle becomes twisted, cutting off blood supply to the testicle. Testicular typically causes a lump on the testicles that's often painless.
