Hi, I had anal sex on the night of January 1st and I think I have fissure. It feels like my anus and the area around it is slightly numb and there's a poking feeling constantly as well. Passing stool doesn't noticeably hurt, it was hard to pass the first couple of days though. I've been using Tucks wipes but that's about it. Anything else I could do?

Dear. Thanks for the question. I can understand. Anal sex is not a conventional way of sex. When a male indulges in anal sex, the male gets pleasure, but the pleasure will be lesser than that of vaginal sex. For the female partner, she never gets any pleasure from anal sex, instead she could get pain. Secondly, the anus is not clean and therefore there is every chance of infection. Take care.
