I AM 59 YEARS OLD AND WAS DETECTED BLOOD SUGAR ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO. ADVISED JANUMET 50/500 TWICE A DAY AFTER MEALS AND TAKING IT AND THE LEVEL FASTING IS CONSTANT AT 128. CASUAL MISSES ARE THERE AND TAKE SOMETIME PROHIBITED SWEETS/FOODS ETC. IS THE PERIOD OS TAKING SAME MEDICINE IS NOT TOO LONG AND WHAT ELSE I CAN DO. WAS ADVISED WALK BUT NOT DOING IT.
