Hello, I am suffering with lower leg cramps after starting walk and running. It's been 9 days I was walking and from last 3 days I started running, it's paining a lot, I don't feel so much of pain while running but pain gets a lot when I sit and try to walk again. Walk is like a breath to me, I can't stay without it anymore. Can someone suggest what should I do to cure this pain?
