I think my immune system is very weak ,what things can I do for strong immune system? please explain.

Dear lybrateuser, - For a strong immune system you have to lead a healthy lifestyle including a well-balanced diet, regular exercise, sleep well & keep stress levels low - have a well balanced diet including more of fruits,vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods including eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products including cheese, paneer, buttermilk, yogurt, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews & peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling & weight bearing exercises - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep and wake up time fixed - de-stress by doing exercise or yoga or meditation & deep breathing or listening to light music - a healthy & positive lifestyle only leads to a strong immunity.
