I seem to have a variation in the sizes of my testicles. I had two episodes of some pain in my left testicle which seems smaller. I have a consulted a doctor and they told me I have epididymitis and gave me doxycycline. I am 20 years old and I want to know if masturbation could be a cause and is it okay to masturbate while I'm on this medication.
