How can I get fat and expand my chest in just two to three months. please suggest me the way and diet for this.

Work out is the only option in both cases. 40 minutes of daily work out is recommended. In food, take lots of proteins - pulses, sprouts, milk, cheese, eggs and soya. A combination of ground nut powder and jaggery - 4 tsps each, taken daily after work out helps in weight gain too.
