The only symptom I have is the frequent urination sensation can I attribute it to the diabetes, kindly help me to know the health status of mine.

You have to rule out diabetes but also get USG abdomen and pvrv and urine routine and culture and sensitivity done. Sometimes overactive bladder can cause such symptoms. If all reports are normal then start tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days and see how is the response.
