There is no direct relationship between having a metal bridge in mouth and functionality of a cardiac pacemaker. All you need is an extensive clean mouth and be free of periodontal or gum problems that may occur due to food deposits around these artificial prosthesis, alternatively you may choose to have all ceramic bridge in mouth that are easily made now a days but are comaritively expensive but again keep in mind the hygiene factor. please undergo a antibiotic prophylacsis before you go for invasive dental procedure anytime in future.
